Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Welcome to Nimzoa ("Nimzoa," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you visit https://nimzoa.com or use our online tools and services.

Nimzoa is a UAE born online tools platform serving users worldwide. We respect your privacy and aim to provide clear information about our data practices.

Nimzoa is operated by MK Creatives FZE, a company established in the United Arab Emirates. Nimzoa is the public-facing brand through which our online tools and services are provided.

By using Nimzoa, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for particular processing activities, we will seek that consent separately.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Nimzoa website, its online tools, public pages, review submissions, support communications, and associated services.

Third party websites and services linked from Nimzoa have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Nimzoa, we may process the following categories of information.

Information You Provide

  • Contact information, such as your email address, when you communicate with us.

  • The contents of support requests, questions, suggestions, and feedback.

  • Information voluntarily submitted through our Reviews feature, such as a display name, rating, review text, and selected tool.

  • Other information you intentionally provide when communicating with Nimzoa.

Please avoid submitting passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through public reviews or ordinary support emails.

Technical and Usage Information

When you visit Nimzoa, our website infrastructure may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser and device characteristics, requested pages, timestamps, referring URLs, security events and error information.

Such information may be processed for website delivery, troubleshooting, security, abuse prevention, and service performance.

Analytics Information

Nimzoa's existing first-party analytics functionality is designed to measure website usage and performance. According to the current implementation description, it uses server-side hashed visitor and session identifiers, retains raw events for up to 90 days, and may retain aggregated statistics for longer.

These descriptions must remain consistent with the deployed system and its actual retention settings.

We are also preparing to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Once enabled, GA4 may process information about page visits, interactions, device and browser characteristics, approximate location derived from network information, and other measurement data according to the configuration and applicable consent choices.

We will update our disclosures and implement applicable consent controls when GA4 tracking is activated.

3. Browser-Based File Processing

Nimzoa is designed with user privacy in mind. Our supported image, PDF, and file-processing tools operate directly within your web browser.

When you select a file to use with these tools, the file is processed locally on your device. Nimzoa does not upload, store, or retain the contents of these files on its servers.

Generated or converted files remain available within your browser for you to download. Nimzoa does not maintain server-side copies of these files.

This browser-based file processing is separate from the information collected through website analytics, user reviews, support communications, and essential website operations.

Processing methods may vary between tools. Visitors should review the information provided on each tool page.

4. Reviews and Public Submissions

If you submit a review, we may collect the display name, rating, review text, selected tool, and submission metadata necessary to operate and moderate the Reviews feature.

Approved reviews may be displayed publicly, including the display name and review content you submit.

We may review submissions to prevent spam, fraud, abusive content, misleading claims or unlawful material.

Do not include private information about yourself or others in public reviews.

To request removal of a review containing your personal information, contact us at [email protected].

5. How We Use Information

We may process information to:

  • Deliver and maintain Nimzoa's website and tools.

  • Respond to questions, support requests and feedback.

  • Operate and moderate public reviews.

  • Diagnose errors and improve website usability.

  • Understand website usage and performance.

  • Protect the platform against spam, abuse, fraud and security threats.

  • Meet applicable legal obligations.

  • Manage analytics and advertising services when those services are enabled and permitted.

We do not claim that all processing requires consent. The appropriate legal basis depends on the activity and the law applicable to the visitor.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or similar requirements apply, our legal bases may include:

Legitimate interests: Operating, securing, maintaining and improving the website, responding to ordinary inquiries and preventing abuse, where those interests are not overridden by applicable rights.

Consent: Using non-essential cookies or comparable technologies, certain analytics activities, personalized advertising and other processing for which consent is legally required.

Contractual necessity: Providing a service requested by a user where the processing is necessary to perform a contract.

Legal obligations: Retaining or disclosing information when required by applicable law.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, users may have the right to object to particular processing.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Nimzoa may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies for necessary website functions, security, preferences, analytics and, when enabled, advertising.

Strictly necessary technologies may be used to operate the website where legally permitted.

Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies will be subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

Where required, visitors will be offered appropriate choices to accept, reject or manage non-essential technologies. Those choices must be implemented through the website's consent controls, not merely described in this policy.

You may also manage certain cookies through your browser settings, although disabling necessary storage can affect website functionality.

8. Google Analytics

Nimzoa intends to use Google Analytics 4 to better understand website traffic and visitor interactions.

When GA4 is activated, Google may process measurement information according to the applicable configuration, data-processing terms and consent settings.

We will configure GA4 in accordance with applicable privacy requirements, including consent controls where necessary.

For information about Google's data practices, visit:

https://policies.google.com/privacy

https://business.safety.google/privacy/

This section does not mean GA4 tracking is already active.

9. Advertising and Google AdSense

Nimzoa may introduce advertising, including Google AdSense, to help support the availability of free online tools.

If advertising is enabled, Google and other disclosed advertising partners may use cookies, identifiers, and similar technologies for purposes such as ad delivery, frequency management, fraud prevention, measurement and, where permitted, personalization.

Advertising partners may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable user choices.

Before enabling advertising, we will update the relevant disclosures and implement applicable consent and privacy-choice mechanisms.

Where required by Google's publisher policies, this may include a Google-certified consent management platform.

For additional information, visit:

https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

10. Sharing Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate Nimzoa, such as hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics and support providers, to the extent necessary for their services.

We may also disclose information:

  • When required by law or a valid legal process.

  • To investigate or prevent abuse, fraud or security incidents.

  • To protect the rights, safety and integrity of Nimzoa and its users.

  • In connection with a legitimate business restructuring or transfer, subject to applicable law and safeguards.

We do not make a blanket claim that personal information is never shared, because ordinary website infrastructure and third-party services can involve processing by other organizations.

We do not knowingly sell user-submitted file contents. Any legally defined sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity must be assessed separately when advertising technologies are introduced.

11. International Data Transfers

Nimzoa serves a worldwide audience, and its website infrastructure or service providers may process information outside the country where a visitor resides.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate legal mechanisms, contractual protections or other recognized safeguards.

Visitors may contact us for further information about applicable transfer arrangements.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Retention depends on the category of information and the system involved.

The currently documented first-party analytics implementation retains raw events for up to 90 days and may preserve aggregated statistics for longer.

Support correspondence, review submissions, security records, and third-party analytics data may have different retention periods.

We will review and document those periods and remove or anonymize personal information when retention is no longer justified, subject to legal and technical limitations.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse.

These may include secure website connections, access controls, software maintenance and monitoring.

No internet service or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should exercise appropriate care when submitting personal information online.

14. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to personal information held about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information.

  • Request deletion of personal information.

  • Request restriction of certain processing.

  • Object to processing based on particular legal grounds.

  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

  • Request data portability where applicable.

  • Lodge a complaint with an appropriate privacy or data-protection authority.

  • Opt out of certain legally defined sales, sharing or targeted advertising, where applicable.

These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request".

We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

We will not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights where prohibited by law.

15. California and Other US State Privacy Rights

Residents of California and certain other US states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

These may include rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.

Whether a particular law applies to Nimzoa depends on the relevant legal thresholds and processing activities.

If we introduce advertising practices that require an opt-out mechanism, we will provide the applicable controls and disclosures.

Privacy requests may be submitted to [email protected].

16. Children's Privacy

Nimzoa is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through our public services.

If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in circumstances requiring parental authorization or deletion, we will take appropriate action under applicable law.

Parents or guardians may contact [email protected] with concerns.

17. Third Party Links

Nimzoa may link to external websites, documentation, and other resources.

We do not control the privacy practices of those external services. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own policies.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our tools, services, technology, data practices or legal obligations.

The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for material changes, we will provide it.
